Breeze-Eastern Corporation’s HS-20200 Light Weight High Performance external electric rescue hoist system originally introduced for the civilian helicopter market in the mid 80’s has undergone notable upgrades in the late 90’s and today represents the most demanded 28 VDC powered system for light - medium and medium helicopters. In
1994 the HS-20200 was selected by Bell Helicopter Textron for
installation on the Bell 412CF helicopters. This superior product, qualified per RTCA DO160 and certified by the FAA, RAI/ENAC, DOT and CAA, is also compatible with other helicopters including Bell Helicopter UH-1, 205, 212, Eurocopter AS365 and BK117, HAL ALH and MIL Mi-8. The HS-20200 rescue hoist system can be factory installed by the above OEMs or directly by operators based on approved STC kits.
