Project Engineer

The Project Engineer provides internal leadership for engineering programs in terms of overall design, development, analysis, testing, reporting and business considerations, such as budget and schedule, culminating in the completion of qualification testing.  The Project Engineer is expected to lead beyond the normal scope of task-based project engineering.  Knowledge, experience, personal drive and creativity will motivate this individual to present and support ideas that will affect the direction of current and future programs.  The individual will be the primary technical interface with customers.  Some travel will be required to meet with customers, vendors and perform equipment evaluations as necessary. 

The candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills which are critical to working in a team environment with other design disciplines within the organization.  Daily interactions with Design, Reliability, Manufacturing, Quality and Program Management are required.  In addition, the candidate will be expected to interact with the customer (both commercial and military) as well as with suppliers on a regular basis, taking a lead role during technical discussions and formal coordination meetings.  Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

 

Sr. Structural Engineer/ Analyst

 Independently conducts stress, fatigue and thermal analysis to assure that the overall design meets all specification requirements.  Uses judgment in making/directing modifications to designs to satisfy design criteria.  Participates in preliminary and critical design reviews and assumes responsibility for assuring that designs are well thought out regarding stress, fatigue, thermal aspects and manufacturability.

 

R M S Engineer

The function of the RELIABILITY, MAINTAINABILITY, AND SUPPORTABILITY ENGINEER, is to be responsible for diversified assignments such as:  analyzing and generating RMS data requirements for all engineering programs, analyzing customer specifications and inquiries for logistic responses, creating logistic data in response to contractual requirements, assisting in the preparation of technical documentation/publications.

Qualified candidates must have an Engineering/Technical degree with electro/mechanical industry experience, knowledge of MS Office, ProE, and Corel Draw software, and several years experience in the RMS field.
